David W. Ball, CPA (NC Cert # 18496)
David was born and raised in Wake County on a tobacco farm, attended Wake Christian Academy High School and Campbell University . After a couple of years with the Internal Revenue Service as an auditor David worked for a CPA in Garner, North Carolina . After a couple of years in public practice David began his own firm in Fuquay Varina , North Carolina . David has been married to Michele since 1987 and has a son, William born in 1988 and a daughter, Elizabeth, born in 1992. They currently reside on Sauls Road in the Panther Branch community.

James R. Minor, CPA, PFS (NC Cert # 27996)
Jim grew up in rural southwestern Pennsylvania . He graduated from Grove City College , a small school 45 minutes north of Pittsburgh , in 1995. After working in the corporate offices of a large regional retailer following graduation, he moved to North Carolina with his wife Kristin in 1996. Jim and Kristin currently reside in Fuquay-Varina with their son JD and daughter Kaitlyn.

The NC Board of CPA Examiners licensed Jim as a CPA in September of 2000. In addition to being a CPA, Jim also holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation. The American Institute of CPAs awards this designation to practitioners possessing special knowledge of the financial planning field.
